Context & Audience
Rishvi Technology is a UK-based company and a major software provider for the logistics industry. Their bottleneck wasn't a lack of AI usage — it was that their development team wasn't unlocking AI's real power, and it was showing up in their delivery quality.
What Was Delivered
Before any training happened, a complete, detailed diagnosis was run: what tech stack the team currently held, what specific challenges they were facing, and what outcomes they actually wanted to achieve. That diagnosis shaped a two-day, deeply hands-on workshop covering:
- How to use skills, connectors, and plugins effectively inside their AI-assisted development workflow
- How to generate their own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for AI-assisted development
- How to build real things without falling into re-looping — the core habit the team needed to break
The re-looping problem was the central bottleneck: the team would iterate on AI-generated code, deploy without things fully working, and end up shipping buggy product to clients without realizing it until it caused real damage. The workshop was built specifically to close that gap.
Tools & Tech Used
- AI skills, connectors, and plugins (as part of an AI-assisted development workflow)
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) generation
- Diagnostic review of existing tech stack and development process
Outcomes & Feedback
Rishvi Technology reports achieving 95%+ accuracy in deployment since implementing what was covered in the workshop, with a pipeline that now runs smoothly. Human intervention has been reduced to a final review step before deployment — confirming everything looks right — rather than the constant re-looping and unplanned rework that defined the process before.
Delivered under the standing 80% hands-on, 20% theory approach used across every session on this journey.
