- Type
- Corporate training
- Duration
- 1 day (following a discovery call)
- Audience
- A gathered group of department heads from across the construction function
Context & Audience
Dada Bhagwan Foundation's core challenge sat on their construction sites. A group of head-level people from every department involved in construction projects came together and shared where they currently stood — what problems they were facing, how (or whether) they were already using AI, and where the gaps were. That discovery call directly shaped the training that followed: a one-day session for the whole team.
What Was Delivered
The training gave the team a detailed, ground-level understanding of Claude and Gemini — what each tool is, how to use both, and specifically which tool fits which part of a construction project's workflow. From there, the session went fully applied:
- Generating a 2D floor plan directly with AI
- Building a complete high-level project roadmap — including which agencies would need to be involved at each stage
- Planning and budgeting support
- Material selection guidance
- Using real web search to find actual sources to purchase materials, along with live costing information
- Turning material selections into image-generation prompts
- Using Nano Banana inside Gemini to generate initial preview layouts — three layout options — from those prompts
Beyond the applied workflow, the session also covered the broader landscape of skills, connectors, and AI agents, and how to choose the right tool for a real, specific need rather than defaulting to whatever's already open.

Outcomes & Feedback
The team came away with a working understanding of how to move from a construction brief to a 2D floor plan, a staged roadmap with the right agencies mapped in, a materials and budgeting plan, and AI-generated preview layouts — all using tools they now understood how to apply correctly. The relationship has continued past the training; the foundation and this program remain in touch.
