Context & Audience
Alongside the university workshops and corporate group trainings, a separate track of this work has been personal, one-on-one coaching — working directly with individual corporate professionals rather than a classroom or a company-wide session.
What Is Delivered
Fifteen-plus professionals have gone through this personal-level coaching. It isn't a one-time session — many of these relationships have continued well past the original coaching engagement. A number of these professionals are now placed in the US, Canada, and the UK, and remain in touch, actively requesting ongoing sessions to keep their AI knowledge current as the field moves.
That ongoing-refresh format is now a standing offering: professionals check back in periodically for updated sessions so their skills don't fall behind as tools and best practices evolve.
Outcomes & Feedback
The clearest signal of impact here is retention — these are professionals who, despite now being placed internationally, continue to seek out sessions to keep their knowledge updated. That sustained relationship, well after the original coaching ended, has itself been described as an amazing experience.
